I built and led the on-call agent that triages production alarms across our cross-chain bridge. A supervisor routes live alarms to three domain agents over 18 purpose-built tools, with a RAG layer over past incidents and an evaluation framework — cutting on-duty engineering time 70%. Read-only and autonomous for investigation; a human confirms anything that changes state.
